Get fascinatingly close to the animals

GIVSKUD ZOO is a versatile and impressive attraction that is always a sure hit with the whole family. Here there is plenty of space for both animals and visitors - and you can easily set aside a whole day for the visit. There is quite a lot to be experienced before the trip goes home.
In the large safari park, you drive around in your own car or safari bus among the wild animals that roam freely. It is a very special experience to see the animals so close. You can also walk around among the animals in the zoo yourself. Along the way, you will experience, among other things, lions, giraffes, bison, Berber monkeys and many others. As the only place in Denmark, you can e.g. also experience gorillas, spectacled bears and giant otters.
As something new, you can now also see active Humboldt penguins plunging into the waves, swimming underwater and waddling around on land in Europe's largest penguin facility.

 

Explore the world of dinosaurs

In Denmark's largest dinosaur park you can admire more than 50 life-size giants of the past. Say hello to, among other things, the 40 meter long "long neck" and the terrifying and lifelike T-Rex. See the lifelike full-grown dinosaurs and their cute hatchlings and learn more about the fascinating prehistoric creatures.

GIVSKUD ZOO - ZOOTOPIA is a total experience that, in addition to the many animals, also offers exciting places to eat, more playgrounds and activities for the children, a brand new Babyservice Center and even the possibility of Sleepover.
The park also has several exciting special exhibitions, including The "World Map Park" and "Death's Hut", which is also a natural and educational part of the experience at GIVSKUD ZOO.
