Cancellation policy

Cancellation must always be made in writing. Cancellation means total cancellation, reduction, relocation, shortening or other significant changes in relation to the confirmation.
 

CANCELLATION OF ROOMS

Reservation of 1 - 5 rooms:

The reservation can be canceled free of charge until 16.00 the day before arrival. If canceled later than 16.00:XNUMX, this incurs a fee equal to the total price of the stay. In case of no-show, Hotel Dalgas equates to cancellation after the deadline and the reservation will be settled in full. 

Reservation of 5 - 10 rooms:

  • 14 days before arrival day: Free of charge.                                                       
  • 7 days before arrival day: 50% of the reservation can be canceled free of charge. 
  • The day before the day of arrival, no later than 12.00:25: XNUMX% of the reservation can be canceled free of charge.                                                                                                         
  • 24 hours and no-show: entails full payment

For reservations of 10-20 rooms:

  •  30 days before arrival day: Free of charge.
  • 21 days before arrival day: 50% of the reservation can be canceled free of charge.
    In case of cancellation in addition, 50% of the canceled reservation will be paid.
  • 14 days before arrival day: 25% of the reservation can be canceled free of charge.
    In case of cancellation in addition, 75% of the canceled reservation will be paid.
  • 24 hours and no-show: entails full payment

For reservations over 21 rooms:

  • 90 days before arrival day: Free of charge.
  • 60 days before arrival date: 50% of the confirmed event can be canceled free of charge.
    In case of total cancellation, 50% of the remaining reservation will be paid.
  • 30 days before arrival date: 25% of the confirmed event can be canceled free of charge.
    In case of total cancellation, 65% of the remaining reservation will be paid.
  • 10 days before arrival date: 10% of the confirmed event can be canceled free of charge.
    In case of total cancellation, 75% of the remaining reservation will be paid.
  • 48 hours before the day of arrival: 5% of the most recent number of guests can be canceled.
  • Thereafter and in case of total cancellation: entails full payment.
     

CANCELLATION OF COMPANIES AND MEETINGS / INTERNETS

Reservations under 40 people:

  • 30 days before arrival: Free of charge
  • 14 days before arrival: A maximum of 25% of the reservation can be canceled free of charge. In case of total cancellation, 75% of the canceled reservation will be paid.
  • 14 days before the 1st day of the event: 25% of the reservation can be canceled free of charge. In case of cancellation in addition, 75% of the canceled reservation will be paid.
  • 24 hours and no-show: Full payment

Reservations over 40 people:

Cancellation with reservations over 40 people

  • 3 months before arrival: Free of charge
  • 1 month before arrival: A maximum of 25% of the event can be canceled free of charge. In case of total cancellation, 75% of the canceled reservation will be paid.
  • 10 days before arrival: A maximum of 10% of the event can be canceled free of charge. In case of total cancellation, 75% of the canceled reservation will be paid.
  • 48 hours: 5% of guests can be canceled free of charge.
