Nature and cultural life
Our city and local area have been shaped by the culture and natural landscape of the central Jutland heath over many thousands of years. In addition, have Brande a very active and vibrant art and cultural life. The memories and stories of the past as well as the art of today can be felt and felt both on foot and on a bicycle when you move around the area. The gable paintings
Brande is, among other things, famous for its brightly colored gable tradition, where since 1968 artists from home and abroad have been allowed to decorate the many house gables around the streetscape.
This makes city walking a quite remarkable and special experience.
International Street Art Brande
Brande city also lays out streets and squares for the great International Street Art Brande Festival at the end of June, where artists from all over the world adorn the city with unique 3D works of art.
It is a festive tradition that brings together both brandites and tourists, who also come here in their thousands throughout the summer to enjoy the unique works of art in the city.
Short or long?
The hotel is connected to the local area via path systems, which are laid out in and around the city's green areas.
They take you quickly and easily out to the surrounding natural areas and on to the wild moorland. The paths are of different lengths and are suitable for running, cycling or walking.
