Brandlund Hede - Nedergårdsvej

Approx. 2 km from Brande in the city center is the scenic area of ​​Brandlund Hede. The lake in Brandlund Hede was created when people dug for peat in the bog. The layer of peat was so large that the present lake was formed. The lake is beautifully surrounded by birch thickets and farmland.

From the car park on the west side of Nordlundvej, there are nature trails of 1,5 - 3 - 5 and 8 km, respectively, through the bog and up into the heath hills. It gives you the opportunity to be active in nature at all times.
