On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the gable paintings in Brande this gable was undecorated by the artist Lisbeth Eugenie Christensen in 2018. 

The artist has taken his starting point from a motivically tight composition, where slanted white bar feathers gather in a vanishing point in the lower right corner. In this way, the visual language takes advantage of the site-specific challenges, and the falling plinth now becomes a co-actor  instead of an obstacle and emphasizes the composition of the gable. On the left side of the gable, the bar dunes in turn spread out, as if reaching out towards the street and infinity. In the painting, several of the bar dunes are torn up and occasionally there are playful abstract smaller elements.
